Which skin types are Active Drip suitable for?

All Active Drip products are developed by our Scientific team and industry experts in dermatology, manufacturing, and compliance department to fit every skin type. Each ingredient is carefully selected, and final formulas developed at highest standard laboratory to suit your skin type or target concern to improve your skin. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

What are recommended basic skincare steps? 

A basic skincare routine typically includes the following steps:

  1. Cleansing: Use a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup from your skin. Cleansing should be done twice a day, in the morning and at night.

    Are Active Drip products pregnancy safe?

    How do I find out my skin type?

    There are a few ways to determine your skin type:

    1. The barefaced test: Cleanse your face and go about your day without applying 

      any products. At the end of the day, observe your skin. If it feels oily and shiny, you have oily skin. If it feels dry and tight, you have dry skin. If it feels both oily and dry, you have combination skin. If you see no distinct oiliness or dryness, you have normal skin.

If the paper absorbs oil from your T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) but not from your cheeks, you have combination skin. If the paper absorbs oil from all areas, you have oily skin. If the paper does not absorb any oil, you have dry skin.

      2. Vitamin C: An antioxidant that can help even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of dark spots.
      3. Retinoids: Vitamin A derivatives that can stimulate cell turnover and help fade dark spots over time.
      4. Niacinamide: Also known as vitamin B3, it can help reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
      5. Azelaic Acid: A naturally occurring acid that can help to brighten the skin and reduce hyperpigmentation

        How much is shipping?

        Shipping is included in the final check out cart, where exact cost can be seen. Cost wearies based on shipping destinations.

        Where do you ship?

        Currently Active Drip products are shipped to UK only. In Europe, you can purchase products at our trusted partners websites and physical stores.

        How can I check my order?

        Once the order and payment is executed our costumer will receive a confirmation email with tracking code, with tracking number you can check the delivery status directly on third party website.

        What is your return policy?

        We hope you're completely satisfied with your ActiveDrip ritual. If something isn't right, please email us at info@activedrip.com and we'll guide you through the next steps.

        Because skincare is a hygiene-sensitive category, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery under your statutory cancellation rights.

        Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to:

        • Unused and unopened items, or
        • Products confirmed to be faulty

        Please note:

        • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect
        • We recommend using a trackable return method
        • Returned items should be in their original, unopened condition and packaging
        • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs
        • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item

        Can I cancel or change the order?

        Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at info@activedrip.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume, including Black Friday, we are unable to cancel or edit orders.We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
